Day 2 – 30 day challenge

I have to schedule a set time for me to blog bc I always forget and then wait until the last minute lol Day 2 of my challenge was harder than I thought. I was craving everything! For breakfast I had eggs and yogurt, lunch was a six inch turkey sub and cheddar broccoli soup, and dinner I racked up on carbs and ate Mac n cheese 😕 but for a food addict I think I’m doing pretty good. Drinking nothing but water for my challenge and an occasional green tea. I set my size goal today as well! I am 145 lbs and I wear a size 7/9. By jan I want to be 135 and in a 5/7. I can do this!! Right now I’m doing @KimbellasWorld (IG) workout 3 times a day. Once in the morning and twice at night…pretty easy. But getting into the hang of things is no walk in the park lol day 3 will be my first day at work during my challenge so wish me luck!

    Good luck boo!!! Let me know how it works out at work! That’s where my main problem is. I do well at home but at work I’m terrible.

      will do babe! it wasn’t that bad actually but only because work was busy and i didn’t have time to go get something to eat LOL so i was forced to eat what i brought to work. wish me luck for today if it’s slow at work 🙂
