Day 5 –hmm

Day 5 wasn’t all that bad. very long and busy. for breakfast i had yogurt, for lunch was a cup of noodles, and for dinner i had brown rice. i snacked on these Kellogg’s pop tart snack things…100 calories. and i had a late night craving and ate grapes. Someone ate fried chicken (from the chinese place, YUM) in front of me WITH fries and i did not give in, i am proud! lol
