Day 6….

Day six was an absolute breeeeeze. more so because i was super tired and not thinking about food. Breakfast was the usual yogurt and oatmeal. then i had a small ziploc of grapes, lunch i had a bowl of rice, then i had a bag of strawberries. After work i had a bowl of rice…as soon as i got home i went to bed hahaha. OH! i had a cup of lemonade 😦 didn’t realize i wasn’t supposed to have it until i finished half of the cup. shame on me lol but it wasn’t hard. not noticing any results but cravings are going down. Sunday starts the work out portion!!
